About Me

Megan provides therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in unhealthy cycles in their lives and relationships. Relationships are foundational for overall mental health and well-being, so when connections with others become sources of stress or pain, they can impact every other aspect of life.

In couples therapy, Megan works with partners to identify key areas causing conflict and blocking their ability to connect. She meets with clients individually and as a couple to gain a thorough understanding of both the individuals and their relationship, establishing a solid foundation for their work together. Trained in the Gottman Method, one of the most trusted and evidence-based approaches for assessing and treating couples, Megan helps navigate tough conversations on topics such as sexuality, trauma, addiction, and infidelity. Together, they remain solution-focused, building healthier patterns in communication and conflict resolution.

Megan graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University in 2011 and has since worked with individuals and families in various mental health and community settings.
